Our job is to be your partner, to fill in where your team needs help. And that’s exactly what we do. You retain control of key clinical, quality, & operational parameters.

For example, you’ll find that a healthy CCM program brings a whole new level of order to your daily office activities by streamlining patient calls & communications. But there will be times & needs where these communications will you involve you. So, instead of getting unpredicted interruptions all day, you’ll be able to control the systems & flow of communications.

Another example is the AWVs (or Annual Wellness Visits). Your team may not be getting them all done. Our team can fill in with remote AWVs. Or your team may not be able to complete the PAF (Provider Assessment Forms). These are a critical source of revenue. Our team (including both your team members & ours) will decide the best way we can help proved those services to our payor partners, patients, & Medicare.

So, again, we’re looking for good partners. You should be doing the same.
