Dr. Ford Brewer
MD, MPH
Dr. Brewer started as an Emergency Medicine doctor, where he became committed to prevention. He went to Johns Hopkins for training in prevention & ended up running the post-graduate training program for Preventive Medicine. For three years, he was the Chief Science Officer for Physician Partners, a FFV company with over 80,000 covered lives and also recently founded, managed and exited a FFV network with over 3500 covered lives.
Dr. Rajiv Patel
MD, EMBA, CRC
Dr. Rajiv has been managing & training physician quality programs for 2 decades. His current experience involves the development & management of physician quality processes & structure for a physician staff caring for over 120,000 covered Fee-For-Value lives at Physician Partners, a Medicare Advantage company.
Dr. Jesus Vega
MBBS, MIC&D, EMT-B
Dr. Jesus is a physician trained in preventive occupational, & environmental medicine. Like Dr. Brewer, his first roles were in Emergency Medicine. This underlined the need for better preventive medicine services. Dr Jesus also has experience in quality assurance programs and received multiple awards & teaching positions for his roles with both national and international positions.
Michelle Hamilton
Practice Manager
Michelle has been involved in health management & administration for over 20 years. She worked for Health First Network for over 18 years before joining PrevMed in 2018. She is the Senior Practice Manager and plays a vital role in daily clinic administration, H/R, marketing, accounting, and patient care coordination.
James Cintolo
RN, CPT, FN
James is a registered nurse who specializes in healthcare management, chronic disease, medical education, personal training, and nutrition. He’s built and managed many large medical facilities that housed hundreds of rostered patients, and staff. He’s treated many medical conditions and utilized preventive health models to help reverse the progression of chronic diseases.
