Our Why

Nothing impacts our patients' lives like the decisions they make every hour. Therefore, the most important thing we can do for our patients is inspire them to learn & practice healthy behaviors.

Yet we have been paid for something else that doesn't matter as much but only we can do: prescriptions & procedures. Therefore, our profession has devolved from healers into purveyors of drugs & procedures.

The payors have begun to recognize the problem. There are mass changes in payment programs. Many of our peers need help to make these changes. They, their families, & their patients are suffering from failing attempts to write prescriptions faster.

There is a way through this; It takes work and it involves slowing down to speed up

  • It consists in taking the time to

      • Diagnose metabolic problems before the tissue damage is done
      • Explain, engage & inspire our patients, and
      • Help our patients when they need our help rather than "passing the buck" on an unnecessary referral.

The result is healthy patients, healthy doctors, and healthy families.

Most doctors need help learning this new way of medicine (Fee-For-Value). We've done this for decades with thousands of doctors, earning the highest quality awards. We exist to help the right doctors to learn this.

By "right" doctors, we don't mean Ivy-league doctors. The "right" Doctor is not easy to find. For every "right" Doctor, we can find dozens of doctors with appropriate academic backgrounds.

Despite their learning, the "right" Doctor has, despite their knowledge, the humility & discipline to listen to patients and us.

Because as the great William Osler said:

"Doctor, listen to your patient. He's telling you the diagnosis!"
